    - Conducting customer satisfaction management by introducing the &ldquoreal-time VOC system&rdquo &ldquoresponsibility program"   Woongjin Coway was recognized for industry-leading service quality by obtaining the customer management system (ISO 10002) certification from KMR (Korea Management Registrar Inc.) on September 10.The ISO 1002 is an international certification given to companies or institutions who treat customer requirements systematically reliably in accordance with the customer satisfaction management system stards launched by the ISO (International Stards Organization). The ISO strictly examines whether a company thoroughly hles monitors VOCs has ability to successfully solve them or not when receiving VOCs.The obtainment proves that Woongjin Coway provides customers with industry-leading services by operating a systematic customer satisfaction management system.Woongjin Coway has been operating the &ldquoreal-time VOC system&rdquo since May 2019 with the aim of quantitative statistical control of customer needs. This system converts all voice information submitted to the customer center into letters, helping real-time analysis of rapid response to customer requirements.Moreover, the &ldquoresponsibility program&rdquo was introduced to rapidly address VOCs in May 2017. It authorizes field managers to promptly respond to customer complaints.Other programs for customer satisfaction include operating the Kakao Consultation Talk for better customer convenience, quantifying major customer complaints, regular customer satisfaction survey.Yoon, Kyu-sun, the head of CS HQ, said, &ldquoAt Woongjin Coway, long-term trust with customers is top priority in our management activities.     - Showcasing 21 innovative products including air purifier, FWSS, water purifier - Launching strategic products tailored to European the Middle Eastern markets- Multi-action air purifier boasting innovative technology anti-allergy certification from Europe   Woongjin Coway participates in the &ldquoIFA (International Funkausstellung) 2019&rdquo held in Berlin, Germany, from September 9 to 11 to target European the Middle Eastern markets.The IFA, as the largest home appliances show in Europe, is considered as one of the world&rsquos top three home appliances IT exhibitions with the CES (Consumer Electrics Show) in Las Vegas, the U.S. MWC (Mobile World Congress) in Barcelona, Spain.Woongjin Coway showcases a total of 21 innovative products including 12 air purifiers, 8 water purifiers, a FWSS at the IFA 2019.Particularly, air purifiers won far more attention from visitors buyers. Recently, the number of customers looking for air purifier is on a rise due to pollen allergy throughout Europe particularly air pollution in Eastern Europe. Woongjin Coway had entered Spain has maintained top position in air purifier sales on the Prisjkt, the largest price comparison website, since 2015. The company also initiated sales of air purifiers through Amazon.com in Italy Germany in May 2019 industry-first Amazon Dash Replenishment service in June.Woongjin Coway plans to target Germany, U.K., France, Netherl, Italy, Saudi Arabia with air purifiers Germany, Spain, Kuwait, Jordan with water purifiers equipped with RO membrane filter.The most popular product at the IFA 2019 is &ldquoMulti-action Air Purifier (AP-1516D).&rdquo This product distinguish itself from existing ones by adopting air dynamics technology that controls air flow in accordance with space situation. This product also obtained the anti-allergy certification from the ECARF (European Center for Allergy Research Foundation).At the IFA 2019, Woongjin Coway showcased the &ldquoMini Multi-action Air Purifier.&rdquo This product is suitable for living environment with the space of 10 pyeong will be launched in Europe in 1Q 2020.Lee Ji-hoon, the head of Global Retail Sales Div., said, &ldquoAt the IFA 2019, our air purifiers received huge attention from visitors buyers were recognized for world-class technologies.       The 3rd Gr Blue Festival, a water culture event sponsored by that Woongjin Coway, was held in Jukdo beach of Yangyang from July 19 through 21.   The festival, which aims to announce the value of water through water-themed cultural activities, has a thread of connection with Woongjin Coway's br value. It has been directed by a Hyun-seung Lee, a film director, in which a lot of celebrities including Joon-hoon Park, Da-hae Lee, Min-joon Kim, Hye-bin Chun as well as the CEO Hae-sun Lee participated.   At the festival, participants were able to have a variety of unusual experiences such as all-night screening. Particularly, some films including 'Welcome to Guest House', 'Jukdo Surfing Diary' with a background of Yangyang attracted much attention.   Woongjin Coway showcased a participatory program aimed at reducing dispensable product at the festival. Fore example, the company opened the 'Re:Bottle Campaign Booth' where anyone can use return water bottles.Other programs included painting the wall with visual image of water, cleaning up seashore, conducting flash mob based on surfing boards.   Hae-sun Lee, the CEO, said, "Our programs got positive responses in that participants were able to feel the value of water. We will continue to conduct diverse marketing activities to exp customer contact points to enhance consensus on our br philosophy, thereby solidifying our status as Korea&rsquos representative water company."
