To operate this service, Woongjin Coway builds water quality data base by collecting analyzing water across the nation
The water map service finds out filters suitable for water quality of each household by analyzing nation-wide water quality data base then, recommends optimal products to customers in consideration of their living environment.
This service was prepared to help customers experience the company’s differentiated services choose water purifiers suitable for their water quality environment.
This service is offered through Woongjin Coway’s service specialist CODY (Coway Lady) sales specialist HP (Health Planner).
The CODYs HPs analyze water quality of customers’ houses based on information on region, age of building, water supply status by utilizing the service website. Water quality database built by Woongjin Coway’s Environmental Technology Research Institute is used for the analysis. And then, they find out filters suitable for customers’ water quality environment finally recommend optimal water purifiers satisfying location, function, the number of users, etc.
