Governance: VOC Channel
To ensure efficient management of VOC, we integrated our VOC channels and built a process to collect and analyze the data in order to identify areas of improvement and solve problems to proactively manage issues.
The areas of improvement identified through VOC channels are shared with relevant departments and their progressis monitored on a regular basis. Once the improvement process is completed, we keep track of the results through onsite monitoring and satisfaction surveys.

Woongjin Coway was selected as the No. 1 "Most Recommended Company in 2018" in the Home Water Purifier category by KMAC(Korea Management Association Consulting). This is the 7th time that we were selected as the top company since 2008. We are also ranked first in all major service quality surveys including the National Customer Satisfaction Index, the Customer Satisfaction Index of Korean Industry, and the Korea Service Quality Index.
The KNPS(Korean Net Promoter Score) represents consumers' intentions to recommend to others specific products or services they have experienced. We were recognized for our innovative services that are trusted by consumers in 2018. We will continue to develop various customer-centric services and build trust with customers.
