      Building a Prompt Customer Response System through REDcap

      In order to support our customer response system and promote consumer-oriented practice, we established "REDcap" as our emergency response organization. REDcap serves a role of expediting the response process for urgent issues and customer complaints. Through the "Blue Whistle System", any matters that require emergency measures are handled by REDcap. Going forward, we will continue to pursue innovation in our customer-oriented management with the aim to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction.

      Communication Using Clean Water

      As a leading company in the water industry, we share the importance and value of clean water with customers through celebration of the World Water Day and operation of "Woongjin Coway Clean Zone".
      World Water Day Celebration

      On March 22 every year, we celebrate World Water Day designated by the United Nations and share our commitment to provide clean water.

      "Woongjin Coway Clean Zone" in CGV(movie theater)

      We have created the "Woongjin Coway Clean Zone" with large air purifiers in the CGV Yeouido to provide a more pleasant experience for the audience.

      Grand Blue Festival & Grand Blue Movie Week

      We sponsor the Grand Blue Festival, a water culture and arts festival, to promote the importance of water and raise awareness. We also run the Grand Blue Movie Week campaign where we show water-themed movies on the CGV channel.

      Coway Run

      To promote the value of clean water and air, we organized the 2nd Woongjin Coway Run Marathon. Over 6,000 people participated in the event and we raised a fund for water quality improvement projects for villages in Malaysia, where there is shortage of drinking water.
