      Host the “Partners’ Day in 2019” for shared growth

      - On the partners day, Woongjin Coway publicly announced the 2019 win-win growth slogan hosted the event of dissolving wage gap
      - Last year, Woongjin Coway proceeded with the win-win growth programs such as ‘Mutual Funds’, ‘Good Faith Association 2.0’.
       
       
      Woongjin Coway announced that the 2019 Partners Day was held at the Gr Hilton Hotel in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul on the 18th of June, by inviting employees of partner companies.

      The partners day was set up to strengthen partnership between Woongjin Coway its partners, to make sustainable win-win growth. About 150 people attended the event, including Lee Hae-Sun, the CEO of Woongjin Coway, Kwon Ki-Hong, the chairman of Win-win growth committee other executives employees of partner companies.

      At the event, Woongjin Coway released the slogan of "Being passionate, again" in 2019. The slogan means 'Woongjin Coway, new start, with its partners, let's go together on a path of mutual benefit, based on innovation.'

      In addition, Woongjin Coway contracted an 'innovation-initiated wage gap dissolve agreement' with the Win-Win growth committee partners. Based on the agreement, Woongjin Coway will aggressively implement to strengthen technological competitiveness for innovation growth of partner companies adopt a Win-Win Cooperation Model to get rid of wage gap between large small enterprises.

      Woongjin Coway helped enhance the financial stability of its partners through 'Mutual Funds' operation last year led the growth of its partners through 'Good Faith Association 2.0'. The win-win fund has been in operation since 2011 to solve shortage of funds of Woongjin Coway partners. It has raised 20 billion dollars with financial institutions, it has a financial support system which partner companies can borrow money at low interest when they need funds.

      Woongjin Coway is leading the growth of partner companies based on the "Good Faith Association 2.0". Woongjin Coway provides a 'Smart Factory Training Course' that offers special lectures of domestic foreign experts in smart factory field twice a year to directors of partner companies as a part of the Good Faith Association 2.0 program. In addition, Woongjin Coway is working on “Win-Win renovation program” which provides facility investment internal consulting to help them achieve improvement goals every year achieve their goals.

      Lee Kyo-Won, the director of Supply Chain Management at Woongjin Coway, said "The sustainable growth of the company is possible when the company goes together with its partners. Also we will continue to develop a win-win growth model with the aim of sound growth of the domestic eco-friendly home appliance market, we make it develop."

      Meanwhile, Woongjin Coway earned the highest rating for the 5 consecutive years in the "Win-Win Growth Index" announced by the Win-Win Growth Committee last year.
